  I've been living in Ronkonkoma since 1994, and this store was always a nice place to stop..In the past few years, I don't know whether they changed ownership,or families, but it has become the Last place I'd want to shop. The staff is not friendly anymore, prices have gone sky high. Service is slow. No one answers the phone when trying to call in a breakfast order.Also, your counter staff has hygiene that leaves a lot to be desired. It's definitely gone downhill fast. Now , I only go there for the cheap rolls on Sunday, and even that takes 10 minutes or more. I'm very disappointed in whoever runs this place, you are losing business fast.
